Absolutely delighted with the leather boots which are incredible value. I was sent the wrong sized boots and on their return I forgot to put in the return form. I found a phone number so rang to explain what had happened. The customer service lady could not have been more helpful and pleasant. A couple of days later the correct sized boots arrived and I'm thrilled with them!

Wow, for the price I wasn’t expecting much, especially as delivery was included, but they are just perfect. So comfortable and such lovely leather. Can not wait for winter now. I will definitely be ordering them in black soon.
